Approach
How much zest does your project need?
Every project gets the same core: discovery, short build cycles, honest demos. Slide to see how scope tends to grow.
Discovery workshop, a focused first release, then improvements based on feedback.
Short, sharp tips.
- 01
Fix the slowest page first
One painfully slow screen usually costs more goodwill than ten small visual issues.
- 02
Upgrade little and often
Regular dependency updates are cheaper than a big rewrite forced by years of drift.
- 03
Test with five real people
A handful of short sessions reveals most of the obvious usability problems.
- 04
Write down why, not just what
Decision notes save the next developer hours of guessing.
